Victorinox Fibrox Safety Grip boning knife with flexible blade 12cm

At Victorinox, we realised that food-processing industry works with very high security processes during the making as well as on the finished products. To answer to the increasing demands in meat transformation industries, we filled our Fibrox knives range out with 2 new models. The new security handle and the version with a kind of protective nose that allow to work more efficently with a minimised risk.

Our efforts were focused on avoiding the hand to slip on the blade.
