Existing since 2012. Invented by an advertising man in his mid fifties from the Thurgau/Switzerland. His daughter does the design. His wife does the management and together with 5 more people, all the business is run from the small Boutique-Hotel Ermatingerhof. PanoramaKnife is a happy brand for lovely moment, experience and memories. For people who have everything.

The knives.
Blade: rust-free blade-steel, Rockwell 42 (Molybdane/Vanadium) DIN No 1.4116. hardened to 54-55 HRC. The bolts are made of aluminium. They are extremly sharp and should be stored seperately. They should not go into dish-washer but be cleaned and dryed by hand only.
They are produced, according to swiss quality standars, in the Alps by a 5 member family. They are then checked and finally polished by family Klötzli in Burgdorf near Bern. Packaging takes place in Ermatingen/Switzerland. They will have been manually handled more than 18 times until they reach the final user. Alltogether, 3 families work on them.
