Forged in Switzerland (Emmental) from the novel surgical steel 14123 with the hardness of 58 HRC. Four times higher corrosion resistance. Handles made of stabilized walnut wood, fine workmanship and hand honing by cutler Hansjörg Kilchenmann in Basel. The flowing transition from handle to blade allows ergonomic cutting. Due to the optimized design the cut surface has no contact to the surface.
