Local Delivery is free in Switzerland for all orders of 60.- CHF or higher

Standard Delivery is free for orders of 140 CHF or higher

2 Place of delivery

Products purchased on our website are delivered around the world.

The products are delivered to the address specified when placing the order.

3 Delivery deadline

The shipment of the orders occurs in the 5 open days following the reception of the confirmation message from us (limited stock available).

In addition, the delay depends on the delivery method chosen when placing the order. The delivery deadline will be communicated on the website before confirming your order.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Planzer (only for deliveries within Switzerland)

Delivery time : 1 to 2 business days + processing time (1 to 5 days is necessary to prepare the package. It depends on the availability of the articles in the stock)

Be aware that we do not ship to P.O Boxes. Orders with P.O. Boxes will be not shipped until we got a physical address.

When your order is shipped, Planzer send you an email with tracking number. If you didn't receive it, check your spam box.

WORLDWIDE EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express shipping

Express shipping available worldwide except for: Spain, Portugal, Bulgary, Romania, Norway, Brazil and South Africa

Delivery time: 4-8 business days + processing time (1 to 5 days is necessary to prepare the package. It depends on the availability of the articles in the stock)

5 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on the shipping method selected by the Customer and calculated on the entire order. They will be shown to the Client at the end of the order before he can confirm it.
